Such a permit can be issued for a maximum of 3 years, if you plan to stay in Poland longer you must remember to submit another application.&nbsp;<strong>Temporary residence permit not automatically renewed<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Where to apply?<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Proceedings for the issue of&nbsp;<strong>temporary residence permits<\/strong>&nbsp;is taking place in&nbsp;<strong>provincial office<\/strong>&nbsp;in the department in charge of foreigners. The application should be submitted to the voivodship office competent for the place of residence of the foreigner. If you live in Krak\u00f3w, the application should be submitted to&nbsp;<strong>Ma\u0142opolska Voivodship Office<\/strong>, and if in Opole, the Opole Voivodship Office will have jurisdiction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What documents should be submitted with the application?<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In addition to the completed application form&nbsp;<strong>foreigner<\/strong>&nbsp;should document the reasons why he\/she wants to stay in Poland for a longer period of time. There may be many such reasons and, depending on the foreigner's individual situation, it will depend on what documents will be submitted with the application. For example, if the purpose of the stay is&nbsp;<strong>full-time education<\/strong>, The application must be accompanied by a certificate of enrolment or continuation of studies from the course provider. Submitting a complete application and a comprehensive set of documents will allow the case to be settled more quickly.
