How do I take care of your case?

That is, what distinguishes my style of acting as a divorce lawyer in Krakow

I never use ready-made schemes because each case, even if at first glance it seems similar to another, has its own nuances. I will honestly tell you when it is worth agreeing to a settlement (no, you don't always have to go to war to win!) and when to fight in court for your rights, or what happens if you don't follow my recommendations. I'll help you separate what's really important in court from things that are completely irrelevant. That way, you don't waste time and you don't risk delaying your case for months.

Due to my fluency in English and Spanish, I handle cases where one of the parties remains a foreigner. I know that not knowing the language (even more so in legal matters) is overwhelming and stressful, so I communicate with you in a clear way. I provide clear guidance in your language, which gives you a sense of relief and peace of mind that the lawyer understands your situation.

I am not afraid to handle non-standard intricate, difficult cases where other law firms have not been able to help you or you have heard that it is „impossible”. I always commit to 100% from start to finish, and with solid preparation and strategic thinking, I am ready for different scenarios. However, I don't promise pears on willow - when I know the case is on the losing end, I won't charm you into thinking we will win.

I know that confiding in you about family problems is difficult and uncomfortable. I look after you not only legally, but also emotionally. Before I suggest specific solutions, I listen carefully and give you the space to speak, without judging. I take the time to understand your situation, your dilemmas, your concerns. I aim to make you feel that your problems have finally been acknowledged and that you have a real opportunity and agency to address them.

I explain your situation in human, simple language, not the language of regulations and paragraphs. If something is incomprehensible to you, I do not leave you in doubt. I explain everything in detail, so you always know what stage your case is at. Sometimes just one consultation is enough for my clients to be able to put their thoughts in order and feel relieved!

During the course of your case, we are in constant contact (in a form that is convenient for you, e.g. e-mail, telephone, Skype) and I keep you informed of what is currently happening and what will happen next. My clients are never left on their own and do not have to ask for information about progress - I always lead them by the hand and patiently explain the procedures.

COURSE OF COOPERATION

How will our cooperation proceed?

Getting to know your needs

Before I write even one sentence to the court, I need to understand what you really care about. Most often, it will be simply and until... „peace of mind”. I know that it means something different to each of my clients, which is why we clearly define what is most important to you at the very beginning of our cooperation.

I am looking into your situation

We talk. You present me with your situation, your problem. Remember that vague, superficial information is not enough to be able to help you realistically. But don't worry - I will point out to you what is important and what I will need in order to be able to take the first legal steps.

I prepare a strategy (action plan)

Once I know all the details and we have the evidence gathered, I start working on a litigation strategy, tailored in every aspect to your situation and what you want to achieve. In the first instance, we always look for solutions that don't hurt more than necessary.

The case is gaining momentum

The case is already before the court or we are in the process of working out an agreement and reaching a settlement. I represent and support you at each of these stages. I keep you informed of progress and explain what will happen next. This way you know what to prepare for.

Resolved

This is the finale of our journey together. Whether the case ends in a verdict or a settlement, I make sure that the settlement gives you maximum peace of mind. However, if you do not feel satisfied with the final outcome of the case, we will fight on.

What's squeaky clean in court?

As time permits, I will try to provide you with a dose of knowledge, humour and life issues that I encounter in courtrooms. Just bear in mind that names may be changed for confidentiality.
