Who can apply for a temporary residence permit?

A foreigner who intends to stay in Poland for more than 3 months may apply for the grant of temporary residence permits. For example, if the purpose of the stay is full-time education, The application must be accompanied by a certificate of enrolment or continuation of studies from the course provider.
